How to remotely activate sound recording in a phone when another phone begins camera recording?

i have two android phones.
One will be used as the camera recorder
the other as sound recorder.

this is what i want.

as i press record in camera in my first phone

it should somehow activate sound recording in the other phone wirelessly.

and when the camera record stops . it should also stop the sound recording in the other phone.
How do we achieve this?

I'm not aware of any way to achieve this. I'm guessing you'll be combing these with an A/V editor? If so, I'd just start both recordings individually and make an audible (I.e. A loud clap) or visual cue you can use to sync the timing in the editor.

You may still need to do this anyway, even if you find a solution to your original question. Depending on latency from the phones and recording activation signal, the audio could still be out of sync.
