My Yureka (AO5510) with Android 5.1.1 has suddenly showing error 495

My Yureka (AO5510) with Android 5.1.1 has suddenly showing error 495 while updating apps from playstore over WIFI. Even youtube has stopped working. The youtube app opens buts video never loads. I deleted caches and data for Google Play Services, Google Playstore, Download Manager and Youtube apps. Also deleted the Google account and added it after rebooting. But the problem still persists. Please help me.

Everything is working fine over sim network. All issues are with wifi only. Same issue with my Nexus 2013 tab as well.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this only on your home wi-fi network, or on other networks as well? If it's only on your network, try logging into your router settings (via your computer browser) and disable IPv6 (in favor of IPv4).

I am using the roure D-Link DIR 600L with firmware 1.13. The IPv6 option is not displayed router settings (via your computer browser). Can somebody help ?

Make sure you have the latest router firmware installed: D-Link Technical Support.
