some water fall on my htc explorer a310e and now it is opening but showing black screen what should i do now. i tried restart and dried all water but even now also it is not opening. so help me how can i get it back. need it urgent plz help :'(

Did you read that guide? How did you dry it? Air drying or using a blow dryer is not enough. Even if you use the techniques suggested in Rukbat's guide, there's still a good chance the phone is damaged beyond repair, because water exposure is extremely damaging to a phone.
