my camera isn't working

When i open camera it say"turn of flashlight" but my flashlight is already off and it's doesn't work. I also reboot it.

Hello my name is zombiekiller20 you have a bugged camera ui glitch this happens when the camera thinks the flashlight is on to fix this either turn the flashlight on and off again or restart the phone. if this does not work please do the following

1. go to settings and go to backup and reset.

2. then click factory reset.

3. follow the given instructions.

4. let it do its course

5. re install all apps and then see if it works.

if it does not work call up the company and ask them to give you another phone or to fix the phone.

Before a reset I would suggest clearing the camera cache: system settings - applications - camera. If that doesn't work then consider the factory reset -- hopefully it's not necessary.
