Bluetooth problems

I cant get my google pixel xl to connect to my tzumi,handsfree earpiece no matter how many times ive tried. They are both new items. I will connect to my other earpiece that is also new but i dont wear it it hurts my ear. Not impressed with this phone at all

If it connects to one and not another, did it cross your mind that the one it's not connecting to is actually the problem? Have you tried that headset with another phone and did it work?
