Android installation

On my phone (i-mobile i-STYLE 2200 I get the message "Unfortunately, Account has has stopped.
When I click on OK, the message appears again and again. After a factory rest, same thing message appears again and again.
I want to install a clean Android Lollipop from sd card. Can you provide me a link please . Many thanks in advance
