Currently im waiting on a new iteration of smartphone from PALM and wanted to get a cheap (but decent) Android GSM device to replace my dumb phone. Any recommendations? I would preffer 3g (not priority) expandable memory (or 8 gb of internal). Also on my carrier it says the phone need to comply AWS/1700 Mhz/BandIV - not sure what hey
