Samsung on7 (2015) stuck at 0%

I just got a new on7 via eBay, it came in with 63% on the battery. When it has the 4% warning I charged it, after 30 minutes it drained to 0%, but it said it was charging. I used the Samsung charger that was in the box. Then I tried the s7 charger from my mom, didn't move.. I tried a generic charger and same result. Please help

I think you have good reason to ask the vendor for a replacement.

You might need a new battery.

Welcome to Android Central! Merged duplicate threads. The 2015 On7 has a removable battery, doesn't it? If so, then try a new or different battery.
