Won't stop: The application Dialer (proces com.android.phone) has stopped...

This error screen literally won't stop popping up, it won't even disappear more than two seconds. What can I do to fix this besides having to do a factory reset or anything?

I'm rooted with a stock rom. Last thing I was doing was following a guide to safe remove unwanted apps.

Anything I can do without having to do a restore or anything?

It seems to me you may have accidentally removed the wrong files in the process. I would do a restore or replace all files back to the card. If done on the PC you may be able to just restore from the recycle bin as long as you are still connected.

I found out the problem.

DO NOT REMOVE TelephonyProvider.apk


Some guides note that it is OK to remove this, but it is not. At least for my Optimus T.
