I have an HTC Desire 310 that has always worked perfectly. When I turned it on this morning, I received this message: "Unfortunately, bluetooth has stopped", even though I never use bluetooth or have it on on my phone. Whenever I try to close the message, it pops up again one second after, and again and again, forever. I cannot use my phone at all.
I have already checked every forum and tried EVERYTHING:
-Delete cache (in recovery mode) and reboot
-Forced stop Bluetooth and deleted all data
-Take off the battery for some time and turn on
-Use the phone in safe mode
-Even Factory restore

And NOTHING has worked, I keep getting the same message every time and I am still unable to use my phone at all.

Does anyone know why this problem happen and if there is any solution to it other than send it back to the factory?

Thank you

try this

go to settings, apps, see all apps, tap the 3 dots in upper right corner and select system app. go to Bluetooth. stop service. clear cache and data and try again. you'll have to delete paired devices and re-pair with all your other devices probably.
