Asus Fonepad 7(2014) is shiwing " Unfortunately system UI stopped

Hi friends;
My Asus tablet Fonepad 7 with lollipop version is showing " unfortunately system UI stopped" and the screen is blinking and showing same massage. I can restart/ power off but I am not getting way to go to settings. I checked by pressing volume down and power button simultaneusly but no responce i got.
Please help

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone is it exactly? One of the Padfones? Are you able to reboot the phone?
