Forwarding won't stop

So some way my galaxy 5 got hacked it forwards every one of my calls too a 800 number and will not allow me too change it is there anything I can do

Which Galaxy phone do you have -- the S5 or Note5? Are you talking about regular calls using your wireless service, or are they VoIP calls using something like Skype? Have you spoken to your carrier about this?
