I have a galaxy S II White 9.7" screen. The model number is Samsung-SM-T817V. It has been updated to Android 6.0.1. I am attempting to control a bluetooth low energy device (which requires Android version 4.3 or newer) and am having problems.
All of the online research I do advises you "clear the bluetooth cache". I am unable to find any option to "clear bluetooth cache". I will put the standard instructions below. Can someone please help me clear the bluetooth cache on this device?
1) Tap the Settings icon.
2) Hit Application Manager.
3) Swipe the screen left or right in order to find All Tabs.
4) Select Bluetooth.
5) Tap Clear Cache.
6) Select Clear Data.
7) Choose Ok.
