Actually you can save the money and make it yourself.

The question is, are the providers the same for both phones? Or are the phones unlocked? Not ball and chained to a specific provider.

For example, you modify an ATT micro Sim to work in a Verizon phone. If the Verizon ph is not unlocked, it won't work. Something to that effect.
