Internal error 407 after update

I just got an Unlocked Sprint Galaxy S7 factory setting. I installed a sim card with my local carrier which is telus. Everything was fine until there was a large update. After the update (Dec 2016 update I think) I get an internal error 407, cannot update profile and that I may have to go to customer service to update. When I restart the phone, it says update was successful, loading applications, then error 407 updating profile.
How do I fix this?
