Default Any phones with no apps preinstalled?

Are there any Android phones at all that have uninstallable preloaded apps? I want to buy an Android phone but this is a major hangup of mine.

Rooting will allow you to remove preloaded apps in at least some cases. Just make sure you fully research removing apps. Removing certain apps can break functionality (e.g. removing the stock Messaging app will break SMS/MMS).

Why? You still have plenty of internal storage even with preloaded apps.

I agree with Takeshi. Phones now a days have more than enough room to not worry about low memory when it comes to apps. If you do, then root is your best option along with moving apps to the SD Card. If that's still not enough, then perhaps there's just way too many apps on the phone
