Set pre recorded voicemail as... voicemail?

I have a voicemail I want to set on my android but i dont want to have to hold it up to a speaker and record it. Is that the only way or is there some way I can set a premade voicemail ?

The voicemail I want to use is this one

Whose voicemail are you using? Voicemail isn't a phone feature. It's either a feature from your carrier or another voicemail service. The options available to you depend on the voicemail service that you're using.

From what I was able to tell by reading about VZW's Basic, Premium and Visual Voicemail plans, the ability to upload a sound file as your greeting is not available through them.
