Can't connect to internet with wi-fi on
Interesting issue. I recently set up a repeater in my house to boost my router signal. I assigned the same ssid and wep key as my router to the repeater. Since it's been connected I can't connect to the internet from my LG Optimus S while wi-fi is on--it says page can't be displayed. I'm definitely connected to my home network. When I disable wi-fi I connect easily with 3g. Did I configure the repeater incorrectly, or is it an issue with the phone settings. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Try changing your Router channels.

Re: Can't connect to internet with wi-fi on
Have you tried connecting to more than one network? Just to make sure it's not a problem with the one network. Or, have you tried connecting a different device to whatever network you are trying to connect to?

Re: Can't connect to internet with wi-fi on
I have the same problem. We have installed two Huawei WS320 wireless repeaters to boost our home network signal (from our new Orange BrightBox) and they work perfectly with all wireless devices (iPad, PS3, laptops, DVD player, etc.) EXCEPT my HTC One X running Android ICS 4.0.4. The odd thing is that my partner's HTC Desire, running 3.x (not entirely sure, but most up-to-date version), can connect perfectly to the internet via the signal from the repeaters. My phone will only connect on WiFi if I am picking up the signal directly from the router, but not from the repeaters, so it must be something to do with the way that WiFi is handled by ICS, but I can't work out what. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
