Hi everyone.

A couple of issues i've been having and id love some advice.

Basically when I switch my phone on, everything is fine for a while. However a few hours down the line if I try to play some music it will say 'the file type is not supported'. Also if somebody rings me it wont play my ringtone because of the same issue.

Turning the phone on and off again fixes everything - but I cant get the problem to stop and am missing calls because of it.

Second problem (also fixed my off/on) is that I will receive an SMS. I will get the pop up as usual, but I will get nothing in my notifications bar, and the text message never gets displayed in my inbox. Its as if I have never received the message (but for the pop up).

Any help / advice would really be appreciated.

Have you tried a different SD card? Could be the stock one is going bad? Could try a factory reset? I rooted my Fianse's with CommRom and she just loves it. Droidxcon has some amazing write ups stickied.
