    Talking Woke up to the sounds of 4G LTE

    Hey everyone, just happened to notice this morning that Verizon has turned on the 4G spigot in the Rockford/Belvidere IL area (about 70 miles northwest of Chicago).

    Don't know if they are bringing it up early (was supposed to be the 15th I think) or if they are just doing some testing for the real turn up. Did a couple of quick speed tests as was getting between 31 and 18 down and between 9 and 2 up. Finally some 4G for my 4G phone!

    sounds like you woke up to LTE, by standards it isn't anything close to real " 4G " speeds
