Its about 1:15am here. Normally I'm in bed by around 10pm. Didn't realize this thread was still pretty active this late (or early, depending on your timezone!) I'm probably gonna be signing off soonish as well -- probably gonna crash before 2am

Just about midnight here, I'll be keeping company for the next four hours or so.

Tonight's dinner: cheese-stuffed salmon, saut?ed mushrooms and onions from an LA farmers market, saut?ed red, orange, yellow peppers with banana squash and cucumber, lemon zest poppy seed bread from a local San Diego Bakery with burnt orange olive oil, and a side salad (mixed greens, baby tomatoes, cucumbers and avocado) with vinaigrette dressing. Russian River-area-based Pinot Noir for pairing.

Dessert was basic but nice: Ben and Jerry's vanilla ice cream, sliced strawberries, and dusted with a light coating of powdered sugar.

Whoa another fine looking meal. This makes 2 nights in a row you make us drool wit some fancy restuarant fare. Let me ask, I assume you with your significant other correct? I was wondering what she thinks when, during your fine meal, before you start eating, you take a pic (with flash lol) and pause your convo and proceed to log into tapa and send a pic of the dish to this here forum. Not once, but twice. If I was her I would slap your hed haha.
