Don't even have the phone but just ordered for $5.33 offa ebay. I have one of these on me gnex and its not fancy but offers good protection. The nubs on the side give some good grip. (TWSS)

I've yet to figure out why I need to know all this APQ, EPQ, and menu pricing conversions when I will always have a smartphone/computer nearby to do all these computations for me.

Just for fun: a bunch of basil costs $1.79, yields 87% and weighs 1/2 pound before trim and waste. The recipe you are making calls for 3.4oz of basil.

What is the price of the basil used in the recipe and if you are operating at a 34% food cost ratio, what is your menu price for the basil?

I cannot wait till I'm done and over this crap in a week and a half.
