My take is that if you're an iOS fan, you just got a giant sack of goodies. If you're an Android fan, you're looking at it and saying, "and?" ... Since there is no downside (no one should be unhappy, they didn't break anything), my assumption is that most people are on the spectrum from, "meh" to "hurray!". I personally think they didn't live up to the hype, but most things never do.
