Re: Pentaband phones?
Unfortunately I believe the Galaxy Nexus is about the best pentaband phone you can find right now.
Huawei's Ascend D is pentaband and shipping in July. It comes with Huawei's own quad core A9 chip and a 4.5 inch 1280x720 SuperIPS+ screen, so looks like it should be a pretty nice phone. - 04-30-2012, 04:22 PM #3
Re: Pentaband phones?
The Galaxy Nexus is still the best bet at this point. You'll have to be looking toward the end of the year before we possibly see another high-end pentaband device that could compete- if Google goes pentaband again with the next Nexus device.

Re: Pentaband phones?
The S4 chip has support for all the frequencies you could ever want, but good luck getting one that has them all unlocked and ready to use.

yeah looks like if I go Android it pretty has to be the Nexus for now... I'm thinking of taking a walk on the wild side and investing in a Nokia N9 too. Thanks!
