    Default What is the best phone in mid-range pricing?

    Running ICS or Jelly Bean.
    So the best specs, but also the least problems and issues.

    Mid-level, is not the high level like iPhone5 or Samsung S3. But the pricing below this.

    The galaxy express is pretty awesome. I saw it at Costco for free today. Apparently its only free through tomorrow.
