Desire HD bricked, now what?

I tried returning my phone to stock from cyangenmod, but it went wrong and when booting up, it gets stuck on the HTC screen.

my current boot loader is
ACE PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT-2.00.0027
MICROP-0438
RADIO-26.14.04.28_M
eMMC-boot

I can get Fastboot usb to come up but I have no clue what I need to do to fix this, I've been without a phone for 24 hours now and I really need some help.
