    Regarding this device

    I want a firmware

    Even now I can not find firmware Compatible with this device
    this is some info about this device
    android / 4.0.4
    model /M702VM
    BaseBand / 1.5
    Kernal / 3.0.3

    If no one is developing a custom ROM update and Google is not you are out of luck unless you develop your own.

    You need to know how to code. Google makes the base code available to the public for free, but you have to modify it to work on an individual device.
