    Default Wanting to Upgrade Mesmerize ROM

    I have recently rooted my mesmerize and now my System ROM (Ginerbread 2.3.5) is almost maxed. I want to upgrade the ROM for better performance. I was my phone for calls, texting, games, checking weather, emails, and occasionally navigation. Can someone provide the best combo of ROM and better kernel (my kernel version 2.6.35.7). I would like my phone to perform as well as the S2 from all of the compliments that I have heard in regards to performance and reception. Any ideas short of buying the S2 for $200+, or the S3 for $300+. I would dreatly appriciate the help and links to upgrade.
