Samsung Young and Fame

Does anyone know when either of these phones will be hitting the market. These would be great phones to introduce my soon to be 13 year old. I would like to get her one for her birthday in 2 months. If these are not yet available. What would be my next choice? I personally would like to stay in the samsung family and we don't want her to have one of those ginormous screens. She has little hands. Any suggestions would be appreciated. BTW we have Verizon.

Both phones have only recently been released in Europe and parts of Asia. No word on when or if they will be released in the US.

Yes, Galaxy S3 mini will fit for your son, but I doubt if he will like it. Because sooner he will grow up and he will ask again another new phone

I don't think Verizon is getting a Galaxy S3 mini variant.
