Got $15 for Google Play, what should i get?

I just got a Nexus 4, have no paid for apps at all. Recommend me some apps within the $15 dollar range.

Games like Temple Run (TR 1 and 2 are free, but TR: Oz and TR: Brave are paid), Minecraft Pocket Edition, Osmos HD, and Fruit Ninja are always fun. Widget packs like Beautiful Widgets and HD Widgets are nice, if that's something you're looking for. Root Explorer file manager is very helpful if you move files on/off/around on your Nexus 4 often, but you'll have to be rooted in order to use it. Tasker lets you set up all sorts of cool automated things for your phone to do.

Minecraft Mobile is ok, but gets boring kinda quickly if you don't have anyone to play with.

Shadowrun is a fun game, and the Modern Combat games are decent.

Are you just looking for game apps?

This app is not a game but it helps with running your phone smoothly. It is a volume control app called Smart Volume Control+. You can create different sound profiles and set the ring-tones for difference contacts, and such. It is only $3.99.

IMO games are fine but if funds are limited, I'd rather spend them on Apps that would effect the phone's functionality 24/7 instead of on a bunch of games you'll pick up & play casually.

Not sure but that should total about 15$ & you should be good to go - those are the first Apps I install on pretty much all my Android devices.

I second LightFlow and Smart Volume Control. I use them all the time!

IMO the two must-have paid apps are Super Hexagon (extremely addictive yet extremely difficult yet extremely simple game) and Nova Launcher Prime (ultimate home screen customization without rooting). Other apps worth a look at are Minecraft: Pocket Edition, some document editing client (like OfficeSuite Pro and QuickOffice Pro), Beautiful Widgets, Widget Locker, and Light Flow.

GTA III because it was on sale (1.99)
Modern Combat 4 for 0.99 (idk if it is still on sale)
Koi live wallpaper for 0.99
GTA Vice City 4.99 (I think)
i still have more than 10 dollars in it. Not much to buy, but its good to have just in case i REALLY want something from the playstore
