As far as resale value, the note 2 is your best bet. If you don't care about the s pen, get whatever you want based on battery need and function. Best sound ever = HTC one Best battery ever = note 2 or razr maxx I like LG and HTC screen It's just not something that someone else can answer for you Posted via Android Central App
