Just finished a canvas print from a panoramic image taken with the HTC One.
It measures 46" x 8" and looks pretty cool.
People are floored when I tell them it's from a 4MP smartphone.

It's kinda funny, I was going to, but in the blog I stated that if the print sold, I would destroy the original... so if I provided it online, I wouldn't be able to do that...
However,... I did do a few Photoshop edits to it prior to printing, so I could upload the original from the device.
No offense, but what do you want the full size image for?

Pretty awesome

Great article and photo! Had I been shown the image without knowing what it was taken with I would not have thought a mobile phone produced it.

Can't get over how beautiful this is. Been talking to my mom about it for the past half hour or so... She's like "See Tania!! You should do this!" Thanks for the inspiration! I'm a painter, but I do love photography. Keep on making stuff like this!!! Art needs this.

So glad you like the photo. Bobcaygeon is a beautiful town - we see landscapes like this daily.

I am into photography as well. I really like this photo and how it turned out. Nice job!

Bravo on such a great print. I've seen lots of great photos from in around Bobcaygeon. I looked it up after hearing the Hip sing about it just to see if it was a real place. We get pretty cynical here in SoCal. I'm curious as to how many images made up the pano and how much was cropped at all. I'm sure I could do the math but quite honestly I'm just too lazy and you probably just know it off the top of your head.

The feature is built into the camera settings. It works incredibly well and is very easy to use

It's hard to tell, if you watch the screen as you're panning the device, you see it adds pieces to the overall image. Depending on how far and fast you go I guess. It all happens automatically - it's built into the main camera settings.
