After looking at all the "smart" mobile phone/pda devices I've used in the past, I was surprised at how heavy I was with one company. I'm curious about others history into and through Android (or iPhone, WP, etc.)...pictures are easy to find and makes it more interesting so if you could quickly insert a photo. Here is mine..
Compaq iPaq Pocket PC (I did use an iDevice)

Dell Axim x50 (Think I was using a Razr along with this at this time)

Basically since mid 2002

A random sprint smartphone were I left their service because I was getting voice mails 3 days later.
Every Treo phone that was on Verizon from the 300-700 model.
A couple of iPaqs
A Motorola Q
A couple blackberries (plus the storm)
All iPhones from 3g-5.
Galaxy S4

Sometimes I had multiple phones concurrently as others have on these forums themselves have stated.

Before all theses the Palm Pilot was taking off and another company was coming into play Handspring(makers of the first line of Treos before they merge.)

What set off my need for a smartphone was I won a Handspring through the Howard Stern show of all places. Somewhere between 2000-2001.
When I realized I could combine everything, I was sold because at that time I was tired of two devices in my pockets, my Nextel and my PDA.

Blimey, you all seem to have got through a lot of phones!! :D

I'm a martyr to the 24 month contracts, I'm afraid, and am too tight to pay my way out of them. I went from an iPhone 3GS to the Galaxy S3 about a year ago. I'm not brand loyal at all, I happened to go from iPhone to Android just because the S3 was the most up to date phone available at a reasonable price on contract (?30 on contract upgrade) at the time. I'm afraid I'm not one to get involved in these Apple v Android arguments, just in it to get the best deal at the time my contract's up!
