If that's what you're looking for, you might also want to take a look at the Nexus 4 - it's a premium phone for a distinctly mid-range price. Without any doubt, the best value smartphone on the market .. ever. Quadcore, 2GB RAM, 8GB or 16GB storage, excellent screen etc etc. It's available from free with some contracts in the UK. I daresay, if you spend a chunk of your ?115 you could get a pretty reasonable monthly rate with reasonable minutes etc.
