Which device should I get

Hello everybody,
I am soon entering university (engineering major) and I needed a phone to take down notes quickly and equations.I have enough money to buy any current flagship. The question is should I buy the note 2 now or wait for the z ultra or note 3 (I am leaning towards the note as 6.4 inch is closer to a tablet)

Get the Note 2 or Galaxy Mega. Don't wait around trying to buy the next big thing, a new one is always around the corner. Get what you can get, when you can get it.
