I wasn't sure where to ask this and my extensive searches haven't turned up anything. Is there an app to turn off cell service between certain hours? Or does this have to be done manually?

It'd be better to know which phone you're using, but still, Taskr can do what you want. There are other automation apps out there, but I'm sure Taskr is the most popular of them all. You could also try Microsoft's On(x) or if you're using a Samsung unit, you can select which services to turn on and off and at which time in the "Blocking Mode" settings. I'm sure other handsets have these settings too, but maybe under a different name.

I've used StudioKuma flight mode app for years, you can keep wifi and bluetooth on.

Yup, so it should be there in "Blocking Mode". It's not EXACTLY turning off cell service, but you can block all incoming calls and data if you want. For more advanced features, I'd say Taskr would be able to provide what you want.
