mSecure password manager - newb help

Hey all, new using a password manager. I have mSecure and setup a few records with web logins.

1 - do I have to open mSecure, click on the record to log into the site I want? Basically keeping mSecure open all the time as I move around sites that require a login?

2 - is there a way to have it open an app and auto login? ie, open FB app and login?
