Don't use securetradein.com!

I'm very disappointed in this company. I followed their instructions to properly send my phone (a 1.5 yr old HTC Sensation 4G) to them to receive $68 in return. Even though they received my phone, per the USPS tracking number, they continue to send me emails saying the offer made to me will expire without them receiving my phone. 2 emails sent to their "customer service" detailing this problem went unanswered. Do yourself a favor; find a more reliable and reputable tradein partner for your used electronics. Securetradein.com is very improperly named!
