How is it possible that there is no decent Android video editor?

I've been from pillar to post but has thus far been unable to find a decent video editor that compares to Windows movie maker or Apple's video editors.

How is it even possible that there are no decent video editors for Android devices? Or am I just missing something?

I'm not familiar with the video editing apps but Magisto has a lot of good reviews and more than 10M downloads on Google Play

Thanks so much.

I have Magisto, but it's not quite what I am looking for, although it probably is one of the best. It doesn't provide the user with much control in terms of e.g. adding multiple audio tracks and audio changes at specific times, video trimming etc.

I'm just struggling to find something that provides the full package.
