Default Is there room for another Android development site?

I am currently planning to launch as development forum (similar to XDA and RootzWiki), however the development projects will be organized and searchable. Do you think there is room for another development site, say for example it targeted devices currently not on XDA, along with those that are? What features would you request. I do have a large interest in development/Android personally.

Why am I creating the site? Because developers don't have a single place where they can update changelogs, ROMs, and review comments/bugs. XDA is fine but the development discussion is often mixed together with inexperienced member's questions which annoys developers. There will also be a section for inexperianced questions (people have to start somewhere). Similar to Google Site/Google+ but tailored for development.

I'm interested in developer's and other people's opinions and am also considering IndieGoGo.

    Thanks.

Also, I've attached a diagram outlining the site's features
