    Default will net neutrality come back into effect?

    Will websites block apps and websites? I'm worried about this

    1. I doubt they will ever block Facebook.

    2. Now that I think about it, maybe because you are connecting to Facebook servers via the app.

    I meant that an internet provider can't stop you from using an app.

    ISP's have tried to block websites, but there are various ways around it.
