Default Made a few booboos, need some help with TWRP

I wasn't able to properly root my Nexus 4 while using . I wound up idiotically formatting the wrong part of my phone, so now my phone lacks an OS.

Is there any way I can access my phone via USB? I'd like to install a stock ROM and start over clean!

You can still recover it by flashing factory images onto the phone.
    Get those from here:

Can't even mount from recovery to access my phone via USB. Had to go here:

Hoping it works. Downloading the factory image via the toolkit.

Guide definitely looks legit, but I'm a bit unnerved by the OP there not giving specific directories to follow.

Wug's toolkit will work if you had USB debugging on or can get into fastboot
The OP in the guide is a former ambassador here. Definitely legit

Thanks for the guide. The toolkit I linked fixed everything, got me rooted, and has allowed me to flash slimkat.
