    Your the only one that can answer that. More the question should be is "Can you do anything about it?" And "Does worrying about it have a point in the first place?"

    Your paranoia is unreasonable and without cause. There was a time before the internet you will live without if you have to. To be honest it might be a good idea if you went without it by choice just to make sure you don't have any real problems with internet addiction. I am not trying to be funny at all it doesn't sound healthy.
