I am wondering what other countries have an open internet like the US. I every country will have some things blocked. But I want to know what other countries allow you to download apps, use Google services, Facebook, and have android operated phones.

Just about any country in the world except North Korea, Iran, and – since the Twitter-block on Thursday – Turkey.
The US aren't so special except for the fact that they monitor and store a gazillion times more internet traffic of their citizens than any other country. I.o.w. Americans have a lot less privacy on the internet than most other countries' citizens.
