    Unhappy Unlocked Phones...

    I have recently bought a Gal S4 phone that is verizon. I went to T mobile and they unlocked it and activated it. I love the phone but am having a problem sending and reciveing picture messages. I can send regular text messages but not picture messages. Help please

    I am shocked that it worked. T-Mobile is a GSM network. Verizon is CDMA. As far as I know they are not compatible, and most phones can't be used on both networks.

    You might have to adjust the APN settings. As for what they should be specifically, I do not know.

    Verizon phones are GSM compatible, but not vice versa.

    Probably didn't even need to be unlocked. Most, if not all Verizon LTE phones ship SIM-unlocked.
