    Default restoring files without root

Okay so I have a Tmobile z1s and I recently took some priceless videos and photos andmy friend aaccidentally deleted them. Is there a way to restore them. I cannot use vanishing with root because there isn't a method yet for z1s.it is not saved in the micro sd.. Since there isn't any but it's at the phone storage... Any suggestions?

First suggestion: DON'T TOUCH THAT PHONE! At all!
Every bit or byte that it writes to memory may overwrite those deleted files. Once it does that (piece of your) deleted file is gone forever.
