Android 2.2 phones made to order?

What a thought. Order a phone with the radio, storage and features you want. Unlocked and with Vanilla 2.2 android. If this turns out to be real, I'd love to see a hardware review. I would absolutely buy my next phone like this if it's real.

Lets wait and see. Maybe this is the future ... kind of like how you customize PCs with vendors like Dell, you customize your Android phone.

Otherwise, lets hope that they ship to Canada when it comes out.

"vanilla" means the stock, default UI

nothing overtop, like Blur, SenseUI, TouchWiz..etc.

"Google Experience" devices run Stock, such as the G1, the Nexus One and the Motorola Droid.
