    Default Shortcut to apps page

How do i make a shortcut (with icon) with an app or a url and store it to the apps page and not only on the home screen? Suggest an app if needed.

The apps page (aka App Drawer) is populated by the system, and represents all apps that are installed on your device. Homescreens are where you can create your own shortcuts. I'm not aware of a way to add shortcuts to the App Drawer, but just curious, why would you want to? They serve two different purposes. The App Drawer is like the All Programs list in Windows, while the homescreen is like the Windows desktop.

The home screen is full of icons already.

Have you considered grouping some of those icons into folders on the homescreen?
