I hav a galaxy s4 but to many running apps in background , what can I disable

there are a number of running apps in the back ground of which I wil list and could you tell me what ones would be safe to disable as I only use mu phone for calling and texts and looking at my emails and maybe facebook. The running apps are :

yahoo weather
google play services
google services
maps
android keyboardSim Toolkit
network location
search applications provider
Bluetooth
DRM Protected content storage
com.android.Listappinfo
Google Contacts Sync
Package access Helper
Voice Command
com.android.assistantmenu

If you never use them, you could disable Yahoo Weather and Voice Command. Leave everything else alone.
