T-Mobile JUMP down for 2 weeks.

I have been trying to JUMP since July 9th to no avail, I keep getting the system error message. I called again and they said my number isn't working, but I'm on a joint account could it be that I have to use my fathers number to JUMP?
 
You shouldn't. Are you verifying the entire account or are they looking at your number only? They should be pulling it up under the master account line and then going from there.

Well they ask for my number specifically and then ask which device I'm trying to JUMP and I tell them my Note 3. It honestly seems like it is only me that runs into this issue. My father is the account holder if that helps.

Turns out it is up under just one account my dads, so if I want to jump I have to take his phone to trade, give him mine and jump like that. I called the store and they are calling customer support to figure out why I can't use my number separately. It honestly is frustrating.
